Where do we work?

While we are based in Napa Valley, we are available for travel throughout the West Coast and abroad. We have have a trade network throughout the US and the UK. Our well-traveled aesthetic and expertise in destination lifestyles lends itself to work in many locales and we are happy to navigate time differences and long-distance communication for projects aligned with our resources.

I don't need full-service design. What other packages are offered?

Accepted Answer

We offer a Designer for a Day Package and provide a free 15-minute discovery call to help determine if this is a suitable option for your project. This is ideal if you need DIY resources, soft guidance, and have one or two rooms to complete or refresh. Please note, this is not recommended for detailed for kitchen and bath selections and project management, but gives guidance in decision making only. We suggest booking a call to determine your ideal design service needs.

Question 4

What can I expect when booking a full-service consultation?

Accepted Answer

We provide a 30-minute initial consultation either in-person or by phone. We will provide a questionnaire prior to the call or visit to better understand the needs of your project. This is an opportunity to decide on the direction and feasibility, as well as whether we are a mutual fit for timing, budget, and process. The charge for this visit/call is $150 and reimbursable in time billing should we mutually choose to move forward.

I need commercial space design. Where do I start?

Consistency in brand messaging is the key to attracting and retaining your audience and building a long-term customer. We can assist in creating a strong branding impression that is reflected across the built environment with logo exploration, signature color palette, sinage, and other market positioning opportunities.
